I have participated with the NASA in 1999 for Lunar Prospector impact-observed with IR filters and 6" refractor. Currently involved obtaining high-resolution views of Apollo landing sites for comparison with orbital and surface photography. I observe with a 6-inch refractor and 12-inch Schmidt-Cassegrain (LX-200), which is in the dome. I do have two Newtonians-a 12-inch and a 16-inch (both homemade with commercial optics. I have almost immediate video capability should an observer in the network need video confirmation of a transient phenomena (an Orion BW video eyepiece behind a red/blue filter slide for rapid comparison), as well as Lynxx ccd, and Philips ToUcam for rapid enlistment, all on the 12-inch SCT. I can be reached at telephone # 540-972-3290 or by email: mwasiuta@mwc.edu . For very big L.T.P. Events I can be contacted 24 hours a day 7 days a week on my cell phone # 540-207-4378.

The following universal times observer is available to be contacted for confirmation observation.
